At the Union Power Cooperative Board of Directors’ discretion, Capital Credits are retired (paid) in part or in whole. The decision to retire is based on the financial outlook of the cooperative. Eligible active Members will receive a bill credit typically in the fall. Eligible former Members will receive a mailed check.
