Union Power Cooperative's Worry-Free HVAC Maintenance Program was started to ensure proper heating and cooling system maintenance, which is critical for comfort, efficiency, and long life. Without proper maintenance, a good heating system can become costly.
The Worry-Free HVAC Maintenance Program includes:

- Clean and Level Outside Unit
- Check Refrigerant as needed; additional cost for freon
- Clean Burners
- Check Temperature Drop
- Check Filters
- Check Operation & Controls
- Check Contactor Points
- Check AMPS and Voltage
- Check Electrical Connections
- Check Vibration and Noise
- Check Safeties
- Check All Belts
- Check Gas Pressure
- Check Heat Exchanger
- Oil Motors
- Vacuum Drain Lines
*We do not service oil furnaces.
